The FOOD Network recently announced it’s “Next Food Network Star” and the coveted title has gone to fellow desi, Aarti Sequeira! Aarti’s show, titled “Aarti Party,” will be the first cooking show on national American television to focus on Indian food, and be hosted by an Indian American.

“Aarti Party” will air August 22, at 12 PM, on the Food Network. Check out her fab recipe for Creamy Pistachio Pops a.k.a kulfi!
